Hello, you can call me Amber.
so i've written this poem for your competition, took me about 20 minutes.
this is NOT a love poem.
I'd like you to read it before knowing what it is about and interpret however your brain takes it. [poem meaning will be typed under poem.]

Your staring at me like your some kind of god,
wrecking my things and calling me freak,
let it be dawn,
cause I'm not really sick.
shadowed my face as i found my own pain.

i didn't take too much but do you care?
i've gotta get the hell out of here.

So you threw me away,
And you left me to die,
You didn't stop to say,
much at all.
I'm holding this tight so i cant fall.

your letting me go,
won't watch me grow,

When i found my Eden i really shined,
i took care of my self,
And stopped polluting my mind.

So this poem is about being abandoned be my parents at a young age, i used to be a bit of a goth kid and my father was always calling me names, he was rather nasty.
it also has hints of my struggle with a drug addiction, that i have now overcome.
