While Novel the Clover Fairy struggles with even the most basic of luck magic, Peignoir is very adept at telekinesis and can use it at a long range. This ability also enables her to levitate her figure short distances, and if she remains relatively still in one spot, she can float almost indefinitely.
Aside from assisting with chores, the only other observed instance of Peignoir utilizing magic is to procure money from thin air when rent is due.
Pattycake frequently urges the other tenants to be cautious of this marvelous, moola-generating being. The Jessup warns that Peignoir has two other abilities aside from fortune and telekinesis that are not readily disclosed. She is capable of hypnosis through eye contact, and she is capable of peeking into other areas of the house without having to leave her own quarters. Too bad no one really cares, because they like borrowing money from her.
...Except for Willoughby, who has installed “magical essence” trackers all throughout his lab, which everyone else chalks up to paranoia and him just being his usual eccentric self.
Peignoir assures that she has never used hypnosis for malicious intent, and hardly anyone sees her face anyhow, but...she has yet to make any statement or open denial about spying on other areas of the building. Hrmm.
