Chapter 1:
She belongs to the Moon.

That is at least what everyone told her since she was born. She was born in a large village on south where very spiritual and religious nation lived. The night when Lunasia was born was special, it was full Moon and she got moonlight markings on her skin like no one had ever seen before. Everyone saw that as a sign, she belonged to the moon and she had to become the Moon Priestess. She was raised in Moon Sanctuary to fulfill an old legend. When she was young she wasn't allowed to play with other kids, she wasn't allowed to talk to them, she was not allowed to have friends. She was allowed to go outside of the sanctuary, but as she was growing up, Lunasia noticed people in village treated her oddly and there was always someone watching her every step. She was only taught one thing - how to perform a Ceremony of Moonlight. They told her that it is all she needs to know, that the Ceremony is her life purpose. But Lunasia wanted to see the world outside of her village, she wanted to experience new things. Lunasia wanted much more in life, but she knew her life was supposed to end soon. When she reached a certain age, she was prepared for the Ceremony of Moonlight. That was the night where she was going to be sacrificed to the Moon by the village. As the ceremony was approaching, many thoughts went through her head. Maybe she did belong to the Moon, but she did not belong to THEM. So she ran away...

Chapter 2:
Into the woods.

After sneaking out of the village, Lunasia did not have much of a choice where to go. Around the village were large woods that she heard so many spooky stories about. She knew that they would look for her so she had to be fast. Full moon was illuminating the sky, so it was not that dark in the village, but tall trees in woods were making it harder to see where she was going. Lunasia decided to follow the moon. She believed that she had a connection with the moon and it will guide her way despite of her people thinking that having the connection meant she had to die. Not knowing where she was going to, but determined to find her fate outside of her village, Lunasia went deeper and deeper into the woods. Suddenly, she noticed something shiny green in a bush. It was a little shiny sindi who jumped out of the bush and screamed.

"Who are you?" sindi asked.
"My name is Lunasia, Im the Moon Priestess. Or at least I was..." replied Lunasia and said "But who are you? You scared me!"
"Nice to meet you. Im sorry I scared you. You can call me Retaya." said the sindi and asked "What are you doing in these woods?"
"Im running away." Lunasia said.
"Me too! Why are you running away?" Retaya asked.
"I didnt wanna die..." Lunasia replied.
"Really?! Me too! So where are you going?" Retaya asked.
"I dont really know..." Lunasia said.
"Wow!! Me too!" Retaya laughed and said "We have so much in common, we should totally be friends!"
Lunasia smiled and said "I never had a friend, but I would like to."
"Do you like coffee?" Retaya asked.
"I dont know what coffee is." Lunasia was confused.
"What?! Really?" Retaya laughed and said "I dont know where Im going to, but it has to have coffee. Lets go!"

So the two new friends continued their journey through the woods together. They shared their life stories with each other. Lunasia was happy to finally have a friend. Retaya was like a light in the darkness.
