Hello! I hope I'm not too late! Just wanted to say that I hope that everything will be fine for you in the end. I do not know exactly what has happened but I definitely feel you in that I had my share of hard times and it really sucks sometimes because you can be the only one going through it alone and it gets really tough. But trust me that it might seem long and hard but it will be alright in the end and you will look back at it. :-)

For me, I appreciate books more than movies because you get to imagine the character from the looks to the scene. For movies there's nothing to imagine because it's all acted and played out for you. I do get disappointed when I read the book first before watching the movie version because it kind of deflates the picture I have in my mind. e.g. The Great Gatsby haha. I do have less time to read now as I am busy but I hope to do more during the holidays! And so my favourite character is Mariam from a Thousand Splendid Suns. Not a lighthearted book at all but definitely a powerful one. It's set in a Afghan setting where women are vulnerable to men. Mariam marries a violent man. Mariam is an illegitimate child and does not receive love during her childhood. Her husband gets another wife and she is not appreciated and suffers from his beatings. Yet through her hardships, she doesn't turn hard from the harsh environment around her. Instead , she tries to show care and concern towards her child and Laila, the husband's other wife and always looking out for them and hoping the best for them. The story is heartbreaking but through this it just makes me admire Mariam more. Mariam might not have the life she dreamed of but she made sure to help out Laila to survive well. It's only through those hardships of her that I was able to see how amazing and beautiful a character she was.

As for Fruza, I would definitely love her and keep her forever because she will be the only limax in my mara family (if I were so fortunate to have her and if I'm even on time for this giveaway to have a mere chance of consideration) and I would definitely treasure her. Won't change her costume as she is perfect to me already <3 So many amazing applicants out there so I will probably not get a high chance but I hope that everything will be fine for you in the end. Stay strong, take deep breaths and have courage. The sun will come out eventually.
