Once upon a time there was a girl named Sinny who liked to make pets for her friends. [NOTE: she did this all herself and was not making "pets to order". Therefore, she was not breaking any rules.] One day she asked Tisha, "If I gifted you a pet, would you be able to accept?" Tisha said she could so Sinny sent her Tushys. Apparently every time Sin types "Tisha" on her iPad her autocorrect changes it to Tushy so now Mara has a new Fat Zoink resident.
