Andre Linoge is the primary villain in Stephen King's Storm of the Century. In the series a historic storm strands the inhabitants of rural Maine while a stranger, Linoge, suspected to be biblical demon Legion, mysteriously appears in town. He uses manipulation and fear to divide and conquer the community. Ultimately to get what he wants. With each murder Linoge repeats the cryptic line "Give me what I want and I will go away."

The novel focuses on mass fear, hard choices, and the danger that comes with keeping dark secrets. It reimagines one of the oldest and most controversial questions: 'Would you sacrifice one person to save five more?'
