cosmetics can be found in Lush Lake, as can the fountain you use to dye your clothes
you can style your hair with a free coupon in Baspiner's castle
wigs can be found in Lowlyhood
shoes are also available in Puchulla village
the "password" to buy stuff is whatever code number you are given this time - just repeat it to prove you are human.
to remove costumes and wigs - get a haircut. To change their color, use hair dye.
