ATM Community Halloween Story (Oct 2023)

Ok so this has no prizes. It's just for fun! I will start a story, please comment in the comments to continue the story. You can add as much or as little to it as you like! If the story ends no problem, you may start a new story. So..... THE STORY!

Every year I threw a Halloween party. This year I was excited to see that Halloween fell on a weekend, so I didn't have to worry about working the next morning. I happily decorated the inside of the house and the yard, and finally the day of the party came. Halloween Day.

As night approached, I heard the crack of thunder. I looked out the window dismayed as rain started pounding against the roof. Lightening bolts streaked against the sky, with little space in between. My guests started arriving, laughing and teasing me that I sure knew how to pick the perfect weather for a Halloween party. Things were in full swing when suddenly the power went out. Standing there we could hear the thunder cracking and see the lightening flashes. Suddenly......
