Can you hear that sound? (A Beelzebub poem)

In the quiet of night, when all is asleep the ground begins to quake and creak.

Can you hear that sound?

The earth is splitting into a mighty maw, maradans peek out every window and door, they watch as the ground begins to erupt letting out the damned and corrupt.

Can you hear that sound?

Is that laughter?

its deep and depraved, it sounds like something pure evil has made, some creatures take flight darkening the sky, others slink in the shadows hidden and sly.

Something strange is happening this night i wonder why?.

Its getting closer now, that sinister sound, as inky darkness takes over the town, the creatures begin to bellow and roar as the earth quakes and shatters once more.

Can you hear that sound?

Laughter filled with malice and glee coats the air, causing goosebumps and raising hair, Doors slam, curtains close, maradans know pure evil has arose, tis the season for the lord of the damned to come and rule over the land.

The creatures howl with savage glee, as Beelzebub appears for all to see, Beelzebub raises his pitchfork high, encompassing land and sky.

With a mighty shout for all of his kin "IT'S MARAWEEN SO LET THE FUN BEGIN"
