Secondary Power: Master at using blades and guns, even if he has never used them before.
Downfalls/Flaws: Despite him being able to tell when someone is lieing, if the person truly believes they are telling the truth then he has a harder time knowing. Due to him having the uncanny ability to use blades and guns, he has spent hours of his life training to use them just to keep people from asking questions. But his biggest downfall is more of an unrelated to his powers as he wishes to protect his town from the lab and thus will often let targets escape and get punished for it later.
Personality: Kaito is very protective over his sister and often misleads his co-workers to protect her. But at the same time he also is protective over his fellow townsfolk and doesn't fully do his job. However he does like to joke and be laid back to the point of annoying his co-workers because if he doesn't see the point in doing something or he doesn't get something out of it he does it more on his time than theirs. However he is easy to talk to and tries to get along with everyone.
Bio: Kaito has always appeared to be the normal human with no powers, aside form his seemingly uncanny abilities to know a lie and pick up most sports easily with a love for anything with blades and guns. While in high school, he lost his girlfriend to the Black Suits and when they came around for his younger sister he claimed to be the one to have the fire power. After all he wasn't about to let his younger sister go someplace that nobody ever came back alive from. Thus he was taken to the lab and studied, when it was found out that he didn't have any power they had almost just removed his memories and returned him home. That was until one the researchers noticed that his blood was compatible with every type of blood and thus they kept him to use him as a human blood bag which let them keep their experiments alive longer. The Lab made a deal with him that they wouldn't go after his little sister if he worked with them. So he took that deal and now works for them without too much complaint, just the same as the other workers, while also providing blood at least once a month to them to use. Although sometimes it's more when they have a high case of Sougi's Insane being in the other research lab that he didn't know where it was and needed more blood.
Normal Type of Clothes: He is normally always in good running shoes, black slacks, and a button up shirt. While he is working however he wears a suit jacket and black shades to make it appear more like his co-workers (since he didn't wear the normal black and white suit with a tie that was normal for those who went out of the office working).
