Halloween Character Story

Once upon a time there was a lonely doll sitting on a dusty shelf. She wanted nothing more than to be a real girl and found herself daydreaming about it quite often. One night she saw what looked like a falling star in the sky and wished with all her might that she could be real. The next morning she looked down and saw flesh and bone. To her excitement - she was real! Of course word travels fast and the townspeople heard of this miracle doll who wished upon stars. Unfortunately they were not happy. "It is not fair that this doll became real while our wishes were never heard," they thought. In a fit of rage - the townspeople tracked her down thinking she didn't deserve to be alive. With a silver flash - a knife was plunged and her essence was taken. She was now just a lonely doll once more.
