A longtime Maradan user, zerosuper, lost her life yesterday to another driver that was texting and driving. Put down your phone, please. Don't let the next one be you This poem is for you, Cassie <3:
You never really know how much you love someone until they pass away. Left with nothing but thoughts, memories together, and all the things you forgot to say. No matter the strife, the heartache nor the worries of being led astray. Just sit back, crying, wishing you could just have one more day. For the rest of our lives, that's the price we are forced to pay. As others pass on, we are stuck living here to die another day. I will never forget the people I have lost, moved on to a better place. People that used to be here beside us in this so-called race. People that quit or passed on, or vanished without a single trace. People that still linger, but don't talk online, or can't bear to face. Wounds torn open, like a dog at your throat, and eyes full of mace. The death of a loved one tears at you, and it's hard to say grace. No matter the heartache, the chills down the spine, or the food on your plate, You would do anything to just have one more day with them, for anyone's sake. A stitch in the side, a lump in the throat, stiff muscles, the breath I can't seem to take. I will love you and miss you forever, this promise I give you, this promise I make.
REST IN PEACE, Cassie McCline
