The following is a current list of all official marapets staff. Please note that these members might switch between names. Using the satellite search with any of these usernames will bring you to the staff member's profile page regardless of which username is being used. All staff members will have a bolded, colored username with a star to the left corresponding to the colors below. This will appear in all official correspondance: maramail, maratalk, forums, club chats, etc. Never give your password to anyone, including members of staff.
Ian is the owner of Marapets. When he is online, he is updating the site. Please do not mail Ian. You can use the Editorial to make suggestions or ask questions. He will also occasionally appear in the forums or in the MaraTalk chatroom, so keep your eyes peeled!
Management has all the same basic responsibilities of Administrators. They also help Ian run marapets. Please use Support Tickets to communicate officially with members of Management.
Marapets Administrators are the workhorses of the staff team. They are responsible for checking logs, freezing cheaters, and other behind-the-scenes work. If you have an account question, require an AU swap, or anything else that requires the checking of logs, please submit a support ticket instead of mailing an Admin.
Moderators are responsible for ensuring that all public communication follows the marapets rules and is safe for all users. If you have a question about the site that cannot be answered by a member of the Support team or the Help Forums, you should maramail a Moderator. Additionally, any questions about forum rules can be directed here. Please do not maramail a moderator to inquire about a forum ban or a deleted post/topic/blog; use the Support Ticket feature instead.
Members of the Support Team are responsible for answering questions in the help forums and greeting new players in the newbie forums. If you are unable to find help in the marapets help forums, you should try and send a maramail to a member of the support team and they will be able to provide further assistance. If no member of the support team is available, you should maramail a moderator instead.
