just rambling i guess

right, so today i completed my 18th london marathon finished in 3.28hrs which is pretty cool considering my personal situation - but hey y'know that's the thing - that despite what's going on in our own lives we should never forget about others - i personally ran to raise for aids awareness but for all of you out there today that took part and for whatever cause you were choosing to support - i real just wanna say well done guys near on 40,000 participants ran today (some still running - walking - crawling) - my belief that there are still good people out there, away from computers, remains intact xxxxx

yeah so anyway time now i guess to kick back and suffer the agony that is nal v chelsea (can i please just run 26 miles again it's less painful lol) - you'd think as a gunner i'd be used to it by now - always the bridesmaid never the bride haha - what happened to the glory days of nal? and c'mon guys before you answer that it was kinda hypothetical and wishful thinking
