Non LE dilemma

10th Oct 2010 15:49 A non LE is a term commonly used to refer to Not Limited Edition pets. They are ranked the lowest in terms of worth by the other players.
The reason behind their worthlessness is that since any player can create one at any time for free, that they are worthless. If we take that same train of thought and applied it to real life, many to most of the animals in our pounds today would be equally worthless.
It's just a pixel, that's true. But if you're looking at a chibs, someone at some point probably spent real life money to buy that pixel. What does that say about the add for kittens in the paper that reads "Free to a good home"?
The number of limited Edition species now outweighs that of Non-LE. If the Limited edition pets are supposed to be so rare or special when compared to non-les, why make so many?
If marapets suddenly up and switched the pet around so Le's were suddenly Non-le and Non-le were the Les, the pound would probably be a Chibs buffet while gonk potions went for mint in the trades.
A game is a game, your money is yours, and you choose how you apply them.
