Yes, i am now making club layouts - notice it says 'Club' layouts. (:

Well, 'only' 20,000 MP (20K) Not too expensive huh..

Here's the form you need to fill out.
(Notice there is a form for a bannner and then another form for layout setup)

Banner Form:
- *Main Text*(title): (most prefered would be your Club's name)
- ???Sub-Text???(Slogan): (something describing your club - make it short)
- *Club Colors*(Background Colors): (So i can decide which colors should be used)
- *Graphic Effects*: (Ex: Swirls, checkered, bubbles, ect...)(NO ANIMATION)
- *Images*: (Recomend it would be somthing to do with your club or theme)
Anything else?
(Write here)

Layout Form:
- *Amount of boxes*: (tell me how many boxes)
- ???Background Theme/Color???: (I Recomend you leave that up to me, i will make it match the banner you wanted)
- *Headers For Boxes*: (Title Section For Boxes): (Yes/No)
- *Font*: (A font name.. ex: Arial, Tahoma, Century Gothic, etc...)

If you want a layout, please fill out all the information above on BOTH of the forms and maramail it to me. Remember all club layouts cost 20,000(20K)MP! ( Price must be paid after i send you your layout coding!! )
