If you have no friends, then you have to pluck your whole town yourself...
Once you've done your whole town, everyday there should be at least 3 weeds sprouting in your town, make sure you pluck them!!

hmm this one might be tough...
If you have lots of friends, invite 3-2-1 friends into your town, and creat a team of weed pickers.
Divide out who of the team plucks which area of your town....
If you get everyone to pluck an area of your town, your town should be weed-free in no time!
