Darkness of light

I was out for a brisk walk one night when I stopped in front of a thrift shop and saw a necklace like no other. It was beautiful yet darkening of the heart. I decided to come back the next day and buy it. So I turned around and walked home. As I walked in the door my parents were asleep as usual on the couch. I just rolled my eyes and walked upstairs to go to bed. My sister had her music blaring as usual. So I slammed my bedroom door to make the music shut off. It shut off automatically. I tried to sleep but couldnt I had to get the necklace I culdn't stop thinking about. I felt like it was pulling me into its deep dark abyss of a gem.
Finally it was 9:30 and I got up and went to the thrift shop. I asked the man at the counter how much the necklace was he said it was ten dollars. I gave him the money and walked off. I looked at the necklace in the sunlight it seemed to not glow as brightly as it did the night before. It was different in someway. But I though nothing of it. Then I looked over to the other side of the street and standing there was the new kid in town standing with a group of guys. I basicaly had no friends and the kids in my school were hard to get along with. But this new kid was diffferent, His name was Aaron, he just moved from Vermont to New Hampshire he looked strong, well built, kind, caring, adorable, and very tall. He looked at me and saw me looking at him. I glared at him and he glared back. But surprisingly he was the one to turn away after two minutes. I usually have to because the guys just have that look. But when he turned away he was smiling. I smiled when I turned to walk away.
When I turned into the back alley to walk home, I felt like there was somone following me. I turn around and see Aaron just standing there looking at me like why'd you turn around. "Why are you following me Aaron." I asked him. "I wanted to talk to you alone." He replied. "Oh ok why didn't you just ask me back there." I asked in return. "I didn't want them to know that I was talking to you." He said. "Ok then spit it out." I said meanly. "Where'd you get that necklace?" He asked. "I got it at the thrift shop for ten bucks.why?"I said. "Thats the ancient necklace of my forefathers it was passed down from generation to generation until it got lost in the shipping.Can I have it back."He replied. "No I bought this and now its mine."I replied harshly. I stood there feeling so small but glaring up at him in pure hatred. But he glared back. then he just lifted me up like I had no weight at all and kissed me. Then he set me back down. I was shocked but filled with love. He just walked away. I was dumbstruck, I couldnt comprehend what just happened. It was wierd. I looked down at the necklace, it was glowing a bright purple light.
Wow thats different. I thought to myself. When I got home it was about 8:30pm and I was getting ready for bed. The Necklace was still glowing. I went to bed with no problem at all. When I woke up I was laying in the middle of a room the room had all black the shades were all down and they were black. I got up and my I felt majorly light headed. The necklace was no longer glowing though. I wonder where I am, I thought to myself. Just as I thought that Aaron walked in. He was wearing all black he looked hot. "What brang you to buy that necklace mandy?" He asked me calmly. "I don't know I just felt like I was meant to have it." I replied. "Interesting, very interesting, That means I can't have it back Because your the next." He said in return. "What do you mean next?" I asked. "You will see." Aaron Replied
He wouldnt let me leave. He said it was too dangerous to be out there where I could get hurt. Instead I made my time by talking, reading, eating, and sleeping. It didn't matter what I did He didn't care. One day is family came over to visit and his father pulled him aside and talked to him. All I heard was 'Its time' I just walked away and thought nothing of it. That Night when everyone was gone Aaron came up to me and said "Its time my love." I said back to him "time for what." He replied, "Time to become one of me." I reply back, "What are you?" He says in return "I am a vampire and you are to be my queen." I say back, "What, you are?" He said back, "Yes do you want to walk the short road of mortality or the eaternal road of immortality." I answered, "I accept." "Then it is done." He responded without emotion. At that moment he latched his teeth onto my neck and I went limp.
When He set me down on a bed I looked at him. He had blood surrounding his mouth
and his fangs were sharp. I felt my neck there was blood but it didn't hurt. Then I looked behind him. There was a figure it, it was Jason. he had Aaron's antique knife in his hand "AARON!!" I screamed. Just then the shine of the blade plunged through Aaron's heart. "OH MY GOD AARON OH MY GOD!!" i screamed. Jason laughed maniacaly and ran away at lightining speed like he was a werewolf. I ran to Aaron. He was coughing up blood and bleeding black blood everywhere. I wondered what to do. Then I him him trying to say something. "Ne.Nec.Ne.Neck.Ne.Nek." He was trying to speak. I said to him "Necklace." he nodded. I took the necklace from my neck and put it on his wound. It glowed a deep ruby red. And then grew dark. Aaron stopped breathing. "No Aaron nno don't leave me no not now."I was crying over his body. The necklace started to burn a bright blue. I dropped it and it landed on his heart the strongest aura spot. He instantly started breathing again. He spit out the blood and looked at me and said " why'd you save me mandy that was meant for you in the future." "I love you too much to let you go Aaron" I said in reply. He Hel me close and kissed me on the top of my head I felt at home in his arms. "Aaron will you ever leave me?"I asked him. "No baby I won't." He replied.
