Life Is Lifeing

Hey y'all! Sorry I haven't spoken in a while. I wasn't exactly sure what to write. I still don't exactly know.????I'm doing the whole writing whatever comes to my mind thing. Oh, and another reason I haven't spoken in a while is because I've been feeling kind of burnt out. I'm in 9th grade right now, and I do cross country. It's a lot of work. When I get home, I'm always so tired. But I've at least had a lot of success with cross country. My best time so far is 21:50 for a 5k. I'm the third best runner on the team. As a freshman! I'm pretty proud of myself for that. Oh, and another thing that's happened is homecoming. Well, the dance hasn't happened yet, but I did get asked! It was by this really sweet guy named Carter. He got me flowers!! Like, how amazing is that?? He's really a great guy. I'm so happy I'm going with him. Every time I see him I smile... sigh. I can't wait for the actual dance. I bet it's going to be magical. I also can't wait to wear my dress. It's so pretty! It's maroon and silky, and its sleeves go to my elbow and are gauzy. The dress goes to just above my knees, and it has a box neckline like those dresses that are kinda popular nowadays. I feel like a doll in it, but like in a good way. I'm so excited for homecoming!!
