Join in the festive spirit by creating art or graphics for someone, while getting art or graphics in return!
How Does it Work?
Each participant will submit something they want art of. ErynAmrod will assign each participant a Secret Artist from among the other participants (you'll be a Secret Artist too) and they'll create one piece of art or one graphic for them. Each participant makes one thing and gets one thing!
Join By: December 8th
Art Due: December 31st
How to Join
MM ErynAmrod telling her you would like to participate. Include a link to the reference material for the thing you want your Secret Artist to work on (either an image link or a link to a blog).
Provide ONE of the following references:
- A doll
- One of your pets
- One image of an OC
- One paragraph of text describing an OC
How to Send the Complete Art
Upload your gift to Mara's image hosting service and MM the link to ErynAmrod by December 31st. If you like, you can also send your gift directly to your recipient, or have ErynAmrod send it for you.
FAQI've gotten so busy and can't finish my gift. What do I do? Contact ErynAmrod. We'll work something out! Don't worry.
What kind of art can I give? Basically anything! It must be obvious you used the reference material and that you made some effort, but you don't have to like...put in 10 hours. Some examples could be banners for the pet's or character's name, headshots of the doll, icons representing the character, chibis, etc.
Can I make specific requests of my Secret Artist? Nope! Part of the fun is the surprise of seeing what they came up with. Keep in mind these are all gifts and we're all spending time trying to make something fun for our fellow clubbies.

Turkey, stuffing, and potatoes, oh my! Celebrate Thanksgiving this year with art and design by submitting food banners, pictures of your pets stuffing their gobs, or anything else food related.
Deadline for Submissions: November 24th
Winners Announced: November 28th
Prizes
Most Bountiful: Maine Lobster (that very Thanksgiving-y retired Restaurant gourmet)
Most Creative: Maine Lobster
Participation: Pack of 10 Diamonds (3 in total awarded randomly)
Note: Participants may only win one prize each.
How to Submit
Send a MM to ErynAmrod by the end of November 24th Mara time containing a link to your submission. Images can be uploaded to Mara's image hosting service. Submissions must not break any Mara rules or be AI generated.
All submissions will be displayed at the end of this blog on the 28th.
FAQHow are winners decided? ErynAmrod will select the winners of the Most Bountiful and Most Creative prizes. Participation prizes will be given to randomly selected participants.
What kind of art can I submit? Any! Digital art, traditional drawings you scanned in, buttons, banners, sculptures you took a photo of, new Mara item ideas, I might even accept particularly artsy cakes. If you're uncertain about your idea, just MM ErynAmrod.
