Welcome to the official blog for the 2013 midsummer maraprom Here I will do my best to answer questions as best I can concerning the event so that we're all on the same level and we can all enjoy ourselves like good little boys and girls.

Q: What is Maraprom? A:Maraprom is a fun community forum event for people to come and hang out and have a good time and win prizes, as well as meet, hang out with, and join in friendly competition with players they may not know or see around very often. There'll be lots of fun competitions and games for everyone to play, and some really great prizes to be won!
Q: When is Maraprom? A:Maraprom is scheduled to take place on Friday the 26th July. This is to allow us time to collect up any prize money and prizes we need, as well as giving people time to get their outfits ready etc.
Q: How do I join? A: If you'd like to come, all you need to do is show up on the day! however, so we can get a rough idea of how many people are coming, please POST ON THIS BLOG since you're here saying if you think you're gonna come. This way we can make sure we have an appropriate number of prizes ^^
Q: Do I need a date? A: No, DATES ARE NOT PERMITTED BY MARAPETS RULES.If you refer to another player as your 'date' or 'prom date' on the board or anywhere before that, you will be asked to leave. I realise this sounds very harsh, but if we break any of the rules then the entire event may be cancelled by staff and it will be ruined for everyone.
Q: What kind of events will there be? A: At the moment, we have a fair few events planned. Competitions will include wackiest dressed, best dressed, top poster, etc. as well as plenty of raffles and tombolas that you will be automatically entered into upon signing up. (note - these events are only open to people who sign up in advance! ), as well as an overall prom king and queen. We're open to more so if you have any suggestions post here or drop me a mail.
Q: What kind of prizes will there be? A: We've got some really amazing prizes planned! There will be prize money in the range of millions of mp, as well as lots of prizes from my gallery. We also have some secret mystery prizes planned, so stay tuned for those too!
Q: How can I help? A: We'd love for everyone to get involved! i'm trying my best to fund the entire thing myself, but if you would like to donate items or mps, every little helps. just drop me a mail and we can talk about things there (i'd really appreciate it). I will also be matching any donation i can until i run out of money |D (i.e you give 1mil, and 2mil will be added to the donation pool for prizes) If you just wanna spread the word, then how about using one of these banners in your signature?
