it seems there's an issue with ordering when trying to organise your collections. below is a quick fix until Ian sorts it properly
click organise deck/photos/plushies/plates
the first couple of items, put a 1 and then tick divide, click enter
then remove the divide tick and delete the number 1 in the boxes. dont add a 0, click enter and your items will be in order for default. then you can organise how you want.
